I recently purchased a 2009 VW Tiguan from Bill Britt jr's dealership. From the initial contact to the finalization of the sale, I was very pleased with the process and staff @ the dealership. They are very easy to work with and very aggressive in the pricing of their VW's. I found that the drive from Bethesda to Frederickburg, VA to be worth my time when I could save over $3,500 off other comparable VW Tiguan models.

My Review of Bill Britt Mazda Volkswagen Suzuki:
My wife and I bought a used VW from Britt Motors and were very pleased with the overall experience. Their no-haggle policy is refreshing in that it takes the pain away from buying a car and dealing with pushy salespeople and insulting sales tactics. In comparison, despite not having the option to negotiate a price, I thought their pricing was very fair, and comparable to what I would have expected to pay elsewhere based on the listed prices from other dealerships. They had a good selection of cars to look at and compare. John Batt was very knowledgeable about their stock and the VW line overall. He was very professional, pleasant, and not at all your typical pushy car salesperson. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a VW, Mazda, or Suzuki.

Just bought two new cars from Bill Britt salesman Rich Tippey. My family has been buying cars from them for years, but this was my first. I was extremely pleased with the friendly and attentive customer service and no haggling. This was truly a new experience for me, and I believe extremely unique in the auto industry. I have never experienced such quality, hassle free service and will continue to go back as long as I'm in this area.

My Review of Bill Britt Mazda Volkswagen Suzuki:
Bill Brit VW sets the bar when it comes to customer service. I have been a customer of theirs since 2004 when I bought my VW Passat from Rich Tippey and have also bought a Mazda Minivan from him as well. This past week I was in the market for not only one but two new cars and Rich was up to that challenge at getting me a great deal and out the door in exactly the cars I wanted. Rich for the 4th time now set the standard at what car sales should be like. There when you have questions and not there when your just browsing for yourself. I am a very educated customer and for the most part when I have looked at other car manufactures I often know more about the car I'm looking at than the seller. Not with Rich his product knowledge is awesome and we often would go back and fourth about what VW is doing and where there going with their cars! Rich gets to know his customers and knows their situations when looking for a car and goes that extra mile to make sure if there is any chance at all that you will be driving away in exactly what you want! Bill Britt VW is a great dealer, from Jason the service manager, to Pam the Service writer you get amazing service from all areas of this dealership. If and when I ever move away from VA I will be buying cars from Rich!! If we can spend 45 min on the phone while sitting on my couch before going down and signing papers then I will do that from across the country!
